Section 121-7.2 - Maritime Museum; branch museum

The Department of Natural and Cultural Resources shall assume from the Southport Maritime Museum, Inc., the administration of the Southport Maritime Museum in Brunswick County and shall operate it as a branch of the North Carolina Maritime Museum.

By the terms of 1999-237, s. 26.1(b), "This section is effective only if the Southport Maritime Museum, Inc., transfers and conveys to the State all its assets." .
