Section 115C-150.14 - Tuition, room and board for resident students

(a) A student who is a resident of North Carolina is entitled to free tuition for the educational programs provided by the schools for the deaf and blind.

(b)

A student who is a resident of North Carolina whose parent elects for the student to board at the school in order to access the educational program is entitled to free room and board.
