Section 10B-134.7 - Authority to perform remote electronic notarial acts(a) An electronic notary may perform a remote electronic notarial act authorized under this Part only while the electronic notary is physically located in this State.(b) A remote electronic notarization performed by an electronic notary of this State under this Part is governed by the laws of this State.N.C.
