Section 7-294ll - Guidance to determine possession limit

Not later than January 1, 2022, the Police Officer Standards and Training Council shall issue guidance concerning how police officers shall determine whether the cannabis possessed by a person is in excess of such person's possession limit pursuant to subsection (a) of section 21a-279a of the general statutes.
