Section 53a-90b - Misrepresentation of age to entice a minor: Class C felony(a) A person is guilty of misrepresentation of age to entice a minor when such person, in the course of and in furtherance of the commission of a violation of section 53a-90a, intentionally misrepresents such person's age.(b) Misrepresentation of age to entice a minor is a class C felony.
