Section 53a-88 - Promoting prostitution in the third degree: Class D felony(a) A person is guilty of promoting prostitution in the third degree when he knowingly advances or profits from prostitution.(b) Promoting prostitution in the third degree is a class D felony and any person found guilty shall be fined five thousand dollars.Conn.
