Section 45a-667b - Applicability(a) Sections 45a-644, 45a-648, 45a-649 and 45a-667 to 45a-667v, inclusive, apply to conservator of the person proceedings and conservator of the estate proceedings begun on or after October 1, 2012.(b) Sections 45a-667 to 45a-667f, inclusive, and sections 45a-667p to 45a-667v, inclusive, apply to conservator of the person proceedings and conservator of the estate proceedings begun before October 1, 2012, regardless of whether a conservator of the person order or conservator of the estate order has been issued.Conn.
