Section 42a-2A-501 - DefinitionsIn this part:
(1) "Damage" means all loss resulting from a breach of warranty, including incidental and consequential damages.(2) "Goods" includes a component incorporated into other goods.(3) "Immediate lessee" means a lessee that has a contract with the lessor.(4) "Remote lessee" means a lessee from a lessor other than the lessor or seller against which a claim under this part is asserted.(5) "Representation" means a description of the goods, an affirmation of fact or promise about the quality or performance of the goods to be delivered, or a sample or model of the goods.Conn.
