Section 38a-92b - Licensing of financial guaranty insurance corporations. Reinsurance(a) Each financial guaranty insurance corporation may transact financial guaranty insurance business in this state if licensed to do so by the commissioner.(b) A financial guaranty insurance corporation may only reinsure those lines of insurance which it is licensed to write direct business for in this state.Conn.
