Conn. Gen. Stat. § 36a-568

Section 36a-568 - (Formerly Sec. 36-236). Unique identifier of licensee. Advertising of licensee
(a) The unique identifier of any small loan licensee shall be clearly shown on the licensee's application forms for a small loan and all of the licensee's solicitations or advertisements, including business cards or Internet web sites, and any other documents as established by rule, regulation or order of the commissioner.
(b) The advertising of a licensee:
(1) Shall not include any statement that such licensee is endorsed in any way by this state, except it may include a statement that such licensee is licensed in this state;
(2) shall not include any statement or claim which is deceptive, false or misleading;
(3) shall be retained for two years from the date of its use; and
(4) shall otherwise conform to the requirements of sections 36a-555 to 36a-573, inclusive, and any regulations issued thereunder.
