Section 34-NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] [Effective 1/1/2025] Uniformity of application and construction

In applying and construing the provisions of the Connecticut Uniform Trust Decanting Act, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it.
