Section 32-5c - Preference for prequalified contractors and subcontractors for bond guaranty program

The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development shall give priority to any contractor or substantial subcontractor who is prequalified under section 4a-100 for participation in the Department of Economic and Community Development's bond guaranty program under public act 79-607*.
