Section 32-1e - Plan for support and promotion of industries using recycled materials(a) The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, in consultation with the MIRA Dissolution Authority and the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection, shall prepare a plan for the support and promotion of industries that use, process or transport recycled materials.
