Section 30-16c - Delivery of alcoholic liquor manufactured by holder of manufacturer permit(a) From June 4, 2021 until three years after June 4, 2021, the holder of any manufacturer permit issued pursuant to section 30-16 may deliver alcoholic liquor manufactured by such permittee, provided such delivery is made only by a direct employee of the permittee and not by a third-party vendor or entity, unless such third-party vendor or entity holds an in-state transporter's permit. Any alcoholic liquor delivered by a permittee under this section shall comply with all applicable limits of section 30-16 allowing the permittee to sell at retail, from the permittee's premises, sealed bottles or other sealed containers of alcoholic liquor manufactured by the permittee on the premises for off-premises consumption.(b) Any alcoholic liquor delivered by a permittee under section 30-16 for off-premises consumption pursuant to this section need not be accompanied by food.(c) The delivery of alcoholic liquor by a permittee under section 30-16 for off-premises consumption pursuant to this section shall (1) be conducted only during the hours a package store is permitted to sell alcoholic liquor under the provisions of subsection (d) of section 30-91, and (2) comply with all applicable requirements of section 30-91.Conn.
