Section 22a-284e - [Effective 7/1/2025] Department of Administrative Services as successor to MIRA Dissolution Authority

The Department of Administrative Services shall constitute a successor agency to the MIRA Dissolution Authority in accordance with the provisions of subsections (a) to (d), inclusive, and subsection (f) of section 4-38d and section 4-38e.
