Section 22-141 - Weighing or gaging to be by licensed weigher or gager(a) Each person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of buying milk or cream by weight shall have such milk or cream weighed by a licensed weigher when such milk or cream is purchased or gaged by a licensed gager when such milk or cream is bought from or at a dairy farm, using a bulk milk cooling tank approved by the commissioner and currently calibrated for the measurement of milk quantity by the Commissioner of Consumer Protection.(b) Each licensed weigher or gager shall have his license in his possession, or available for inspection, during working hours.(c) The Commissioner of Agriculture may revoke any such weigher's license or gager's license for just cause.
