Section 20-NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] Fingerprint-based criminal history records check required for multistate license

On and after October 1, 2025, until January 1, 2028, the Commissioner of Public Health shall require each person applying to the Department of Public Health for a multistate license, as defined in section 1 of this act, to submit to a state and national fingerprint-based criminal history records check pursuant to section 29-17a of the general statutes.
