Section 2-56j - Codification of public act 21-1 of the June special session

The Legislative Commissioners' Office shall, in codifying the provisions of public act 21-1 of the June special session, make such technical, grammatical and punctuation changes as are necessary to carry out the purposes of public act 21-1 of the June special session, including, but not limited to, correcting inaccurate internal references.

Public act 21-1 of the June special session is entitled "An Act Concerning Responsible and Equitable Regulation of Adult-Use Cannabis." (See Reference Table captioned "Public Acts of June, 2021" in Volume 3 which lists the sections amended, created or repealed by the act.)
