Section 17a-883 - (Formerly Sec. 17a-420). Consideration of outside views re planning and operating the program

In planning and operating the program, the state agency, in consultation with the State Ombudsman, shall consider the views of area agencies on aging, long-term care facility residents and providers of long-term care.
