Section 17a-789 - (Formerly Sec. 17b-662). Beneficiary's rights not assignable

The right of a person with disability to maintenance under sections 17a-780 to 17a-790, inclusive, 17a-796, 17a-797, 17a-799 and 17a-835 shall not be transferable or assignable at law or in equity.
