Conn. Gen. Stat. § 16-262g

Any wilful or malicious violation of sections 16-262c to 16-262 i, inclusive, by any agent, owner, lessor, manager or any company, electric supplier or municipal utility shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or imprisonment for not more than thirty days or both.
