For the purposes of this section and sections 15-171 to 15-175, inclusive:
(1) "Discharge" means spill, leak, pump, pour, emit, empty or dump;(2) "Docking facility" means any public, private or commercial marina, yacht club, dock, wharf or in-water mooring used for anchoring, berthing, mooring, serving or otherwise handling vessels, and includes a facility organized as a common interest community;(3) "Marine sanitation device" means any equipment for installation on board a vessel which is designed to receive, retain, treat or discharge sewage;(4) "Sewage" means human body wastes and the wastes from toilets and other receptacles intended to receive or retain body wastes;(5) "Vessel" means every description of watercraft, other than a seaplane on water, used or capable of being used as a means of transportation on water; and(6) "No discharge zone" means those bodies of water in this state that the United States Environmental Protection Agency designates as no discharge areas pursuant to 33 USC 1322.Conn.
