Current with legislation from 2024 effective through June 6, 2024.
The provisions of sections 14-12b, 14-12c, 14-213 b and 38a-364 shall not apply to any private passenger motor vehicle registered to the federal government or any state or municipality or any such vehicle bearing dealer, repairer, manufacturer, transporter, experimental or junk number plates.
