Section 11-8c - Recovery of public records by State Librarian

Upon complaint of the State Librarian, the Attorney General shall replevy any public records which have been unlawfully transferred or removed in violation of sections 1-18, 1-210, 7-109, 11-8 and 11-8 a. Such public records shall be returned to the office of origin and safeguards shall be established to prevent further recurrence of unlawful transfer or removal.
