Section 10a-101 - Use of term "state colleges"

Whenever the term "state colleges" appears in sections 3-27a, 4-31a, 5-177, 5-275, 10-109 a to 10-109 d, inclusive, 10-110, 10-113, 10-114, 10-115, 10-115 b, 10-115 c, 10-115 d, 10-115 e, 10-115 g, 10-115 h, 10-115 i, 10-116, 10-149, 10-155, 10-325 c, 10-326 b and 10-334, it shall be deemed to mean the "Connecticut State University" System.
