Conn. Gen. Stat. § 10-264e
Current with legislation from 2024 effective through July 1, 2024.
For the fiscal year ending June 30, 1996, and each fiscal year thereafter, at such time and in such manner as the commissioner prescribes, local and regional boards of education, individually or cooperatively, pursuant to section 10-158a, or through a regional educational service center may apply to the commissioner for competitive grants pursuant to sections 10-264h, 10-264 i and 10-264l.
