Section 5-2-1 - City and town regulation and taxation of bowling alleys and establishments with three (3) or more billiard tables

The town and city councils of the several towns and cities may tax, regulate, and, if they find it expedient, prohibit and suppress, bowling alleys and establishments with three (3) or more bil billiard tables in their respective cities and towns, conforming to law.
