Section 5-11.1-10 - Mobile food establishment safety standards(a) Mobile food establishments shall comply with RIDOH's statutes, rules, regulations, and policies relating to food safety.(b) Mobile food establishments shall comply with the fire safety code, if applicable.R.I. Gen. Laws § 5-11.1-10
