Section 40.1-3-7.1 - Rules and regulations for the Rhode Island state psychiatric hospital

The director of the department shall establish, in his or her discretion, rules for the governance of the Rhode Island State Psychiatric Hospital, regulations for the admission of patients, and shall generally be vested with all the powers necessary for the proper carrying on of the work entrusted to him or her.
