Section 4-13.1-8 - Exemptions(a) Sections 4-13.1-3 - 4-13.1-7 shall not apply to kennels licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter or chapter 19 of this title.(b) This chapter shall not apply to K-9 or other dogs owned by any police department or any law enforcement officer which are used in the performance of police work.R.I.
