Section 31-10.1-9 - Recreational vehicles - non-applicability

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the operation of recreational vehicles, as defined in § 31-3.2-1(8), including all classes of all-terrain vehicles; nor shall they authorize their registration by the division of motor vehicles.
