Section 28-30-11 - Representation of parties before court

An employee who is a party to any proceeding before the workers' compensation court may appear before the court on his or her own behalf. An employer who is a party to any proceeding before the workers' compensation court may appear before the court on his or her own behalf, or may be represented as provided in § 28-35-63.
