Section 21-28-4.16 - Crimes against pharmaciesAny person who:
(1) breaks and enters a pharmacy or commits larceny or robbery from a pharmacist of a controlled substance,(2) aids and abets or enters any pharmacy with the intent to steal any controlled substance, or(3) takes, without permission, the controlled substance of another, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000), or by imprisonment for not more than fifteen (15) years, or both.R.I.
