Section 20-2.2-8 - Violations(a) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil violation and subject to a fine, as follows: (1) For a first offense, a fine of ten dollars ($10.00);(2) For second offense, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00); and(3) For a third or subsequent offense, a fine of one hundred dollars ($100).(b) Jurisdiction over violations of this chapter shall be with the traffic tribunal.R.I.
