Section 11-9-13.17 - Fines collected(a) One-half (1/2) of all the fines collected pursuant to §§ 11-9-13.2 - 11-9-13.20 shall be transferred to the municipalities in which the citation originated.(b) One-half (1/2) of all the fines collected pursuant to §§ 11-9-13.2 - 11-9-13.20 shall be transferred to the general fund.R.I.
