Section 281:7 - Effect of repeal of law by General Laws on tenure of office

Whoever, when said repeal takes effect, holds an office under any of the laws repealed shall continue to hold it according to the tenure thereof, unless it is abolished or unless a different provision relative thereto is made by the General Laws.
