Section 277B:8 - [Repealed Effective 12/31/2026] Limitation of jurisdiction

Nothing in this chapter shall limit the jurisdiction of county grand juries or district attorneys. Except as otherwise provided by law, an investigation by a statewide grand jury shall not preempt an investigation by any other grand jury or agency having jurisdiction over the same subject matter.
