Current through Chapters 1 to 249 and Chapters 253 to 255 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Actions to recover back wages based upon any judicial interpretation of a state or federal statute differing from or overruling a previous interpretation of the same shall be commenced only within one year next after the date of such new judicial interpretation.
