Section 260:2C - Actions for damages, etc., for physical alteration or destruction of fine art

Actions commenced under the provisions of section eighty-five S of chapter two hundred and thirty-one shall be commenced only within two years next after the cause of action accrues, or within one year next after the discovery of the act, whichever is later.
