Current through Chapters 1 to 259 and Chapters 261 to 341 of the 2024 Legislative Session
If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held unconstitutional, the remainder of the section and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
