Current through Chapters 1 to 249 and Chapters 253 to 255 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Such new action may be maintained by and against either of the parties to the original action or by and against a person lawfully holding under either of them, but it shall not be brought until the expiration of one month after the payment of the year last preceding was due.
