Section 240:29 - Procedure under this chapter

Except as otherwise provided, procedure in the land court under this chapter shall be that provided by sections fifteen to twenty-five, inclusive, of chapter one hundred and eighty-five and by the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure.
