Current through Chapter 89 of the 2024 Legislative Session
If in an action for a breach of the condition of a bond, or to recover a penalty for the non-performance of a covenant, contract or agreement, it is found that the condition has been broken or the penalty forfeited, judgment shall be entered for the penal sum, but execution shall issue only as provided in the following sections.
