Section 223:129A - Attaching officer; liability for release of attached property

The officer shall not be liable for the release of personal property attached by him if he receives a certificate from the clerk of the court to which the writ is returnable, stating that a bond purporting to dissolve such attachment has been filed in the office of said clerk.
