Section 213:1B - Questions of law; reservation; report to appeals court

Questions of law arising in any proceeding of which jurisdiction is vested in the superior court by section one A may be reserved and reported to the appeals court for the consideration of that court in the manner provided in section one hundred and eleven of chapter two hundred and thirty-one.
