Section 208:51 - Reimbursement alimony; termination(a) Reimbursement alimony shall terminate upon the death of the recipient or a date certain. (b) Once ordered, the parties shall not seek and the court shall not order a modification of reimbursement alimony. (c) Income guidelines in subsection (b) of section 53 shall not apply to reimbursement alimony. Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 208, § 51
