Current through Chapter 89 of the 2024 Legislative Session
If an execution awarded under the preceding section is expressed to be for the use of a particular person, such person shall be considered as the judgment creditor, and may cause it to be levied in his name and for his benefit, as if the action had been brought and the judgment recovered in his name.
