Section 185C:22 - Entry of judgment or order

Every judgment or order entered by a division of the housing court department shall bear as its date the day when actually entered by the clerk, and at the time of the entry he shall note such date upon the judgment or order and upon the docket, including the electronic docket.

Amended by Acts 2022, c. 175,§ 30, eff. 11/8/2022, app. to estates of homestead arising or created before, on or after the effective date, except with respect to subject matter of any final judgment to the contrary by court of competent jurisdiction in an action commenced prior to said effective date.
