Current through Chapter 67 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Except as otherwise expressly provided in this chapter, provisions of this chapter shall not be varied by agreement, and rights conferred by this chapter shall not be waived. A developer shall not act under a power of attorney, or use any other device, to evade the limitations or prohibitions of this chapter or of the time-share instrument.
