Section 160:166 - Passenger cars; illuminating oil or fluid

A passenger car on a railroad shall not be lighted by naphtha, nor by an illuminating oil or fluid made in part of naphtha or which will ignite at a temperature of less than three hundred degrees Fahrenheit. A corporation which violates this section shall forfeit not more than five hundred dollars.
